Getting startedDoes Mercel TV provide channels or streaming packages?
Mercel TV is a media player. It does not sell or provide TV channels, movie or series packages, or IPTV subscriptions. Content comes from the source you add.
Which sources can I add?
You can use your own M3U link or Xtream server, username and password in the app. Only add sources you have the right to access and watch.
Where can I download the app?
We are preparing for store releases. Once official store listings are available, their links will appear in the platforms section on this website.
How does phone-to-TV control work?
On Android TV, your phone and TV pair over the same local network using a QR code or six-digit code. Control and management depend on permissions granted on the TV.
What should I check if a stream will not play?
Check that your source and account work, your internet connection is available and the stream is accessible. Playback depends on the source format, device and connection. Contact us with your device and the error you see if you need help.
