Scope of this page
This statement covers the Mercel TV website. Data processing information for the mobile, TV and Windows applications will be provided separately in the relevant applications and store listings.
Information on the website
This version has no registration, login, streaming-account setup, payment form, advertising or visitor analytics tool. The website does not request a streaming username, password or M3U link.
Preferences on your device
Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage under mercel.web.theme. This preference is not sent to a server. Clear the website’s browser data to remove it. The language switch uses separate Turkish and English page addresses.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Once deployed, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request information to deliver content and secure its service, under its own terms and privacy statements.
See the Cloudflare privacy policy for details.
Email and external links
The contact link opens your email app; it does not send a message automatically. Emails you send us, including your contact address and message contents, are used to respond to your support request. Leave passwords and complete streaming links out of your message.
Official store links, when added, will take you to the relevant service’s website. That service’s privacy statements apply on its own pages.
